DAWG is all about reinventing the classic American diner experience with a focus on the often-overlooked hot dog. While elevated diner food has become a global trend, with burgers getting a modern twist in cities worldwide, the hot dog hasn't received the same attention—until now. Inspired by traditional American diners, we've infused our space with a speakeasy vibe, featuring leather booths, a bar counter with a barkeep, and vinyl bar stools.

As a final touch, we created a sweet twist on the classic hot dog - featuring dulce de leche, caramelized banana, and pecans in a brioche-style roll.​
