EVERGREEN ORGANICS

Time Out Doha awarded Evergreen the 'Best Cafe in Qatar', while the Qatari Sustainability Awards decorated them with the "Green Restaurant" prize.

Previously as the Executive Chef at Evergreen, Stephanie created the menu and ran operations. The concept focuses on a fully plant based menu. The 100% vegan café is the first of its kind in Qatar. It has not been up and running since 2016. We have successfully opened a second location at The Gate Mall, and a third one at Hamad International Airport.​
